Doing Business in China – Building Effective Business Relationships
Smart business leaders understand that having a global strategy that includes China is vital. As the second largest economy in the world, China continues to offer huge opportunities. However, doing business in China can be complex and daunting. Many companies still encounter setbacks and even failures in their forays into the China market. The risks are high if you cannot build trusting relationships with Chinese government officials, business partners, and employees. How do you avoid costly mistakes?
This seminar is designed to provide fresh insights about how to build and maintain “winning” relationships in China.
Panelists
Juanita Hardy, Managing Principal of Tiger Management Consulting Group, LLC.
John Lau, Manager, Thermal Storage, Baltimore Aircoil Company (formerly of Baltimore Aircoil’s Beijing Office)
Dave Mixon, Director of Quality Assurance, McCormick & Company, Inc.
