How to Develop and Protect Your IP Rights in China

Intellectual property rights are often at the core of trade discussions between the US and Chinese governments. As highlighted by the recent visit of Vice-Premier Madame Wu Yi to Washington, successful bilateral talks may be judged by how they address IP rights, how those rights are protected by the rule of law and how fairly remedies are determined and enforced. Join us for a panel of IP experts, who will address key issues concerning the development and protection of IP rights in China. Each will provide insight into the basic questions which will help shed light on these complex issues. After short presentations from the panel, there will be ample time for questions from the floor.
