Doing Hi-Tech Business in Suzhou: A China Success Story

Attend this event to meet with high-level executives and government officials from the Suzhou Hi-Tech New District (SND), who are interested in developing business contacts with Maryland counterparts. SND is a state-level industrial park in prosperous Jiangsu Province concentrating on telecommunications, electronics, and other high-technology manufacturing industries.
The Governor's recent Mission to Asia established his commitment to enhancing Maryland's economy by forging successful relations and promoting economic activity with the Chinese market. This event will enable Maryland companies to build on that commitment by continuing to develop and sustain ongoing business relationships with their Chinese counterparts.

The purpose of this event is to provide Maryland businesses in the electronics and telecommunication sectors the opportunity to form strategic alliances and partnerships with Chinese companies in the SND and introduce them to the advantages of investing in and doing business with Maryland.

The format of this event will include a presentation and brief video on the SND, brief introductions of the organizations represented, and structured networking sessions.
