HR Issues and Practices in China
CChina's fast-growing
economy presents foreign companies and organizations numerous opportunities
and challenges as they seek to establish and grow their businesses there.
One of these challenges is being able to
attract and retain high quality employees at reasonable wages. While this
is an ongoing issue for every organization in every country, China's uniquesituation
and a variety of cross-cultural factors compound things significantly. A panel
of experts from multinational corporations, including McCormick & Co.,
Procter & Gamble, Lion Brothers, Precision Product Groups, and Black and
Decker, will share their experiences of current HR issues and practices in
China.
