While China has become a recent phenomenon for many, the Maryland-China Business Council has been focused on the country, its politics, its economy and its policies for more than 10 years. MCBC has become the premier business association in the Mid-Atlantic region dedicated to facilitating relationships and business opportunities through networking, information sharing, and the experience of our membership, many of whom have either started businesses or work for companies with extensive dealings in China.

MCBC will commemorate its 10th anniversary with a spectacular Gala event on March 15, 2006, which is expected to draw more than 200 people. We invite you to join with us in the celebration that will feature, Assistant US Trade Representative for China Affairs, Timothy P. Stratford, as keynote speaker, attendance by Chinese Embassy dignitaries, federal, state and local government representatives, and US and Chinese organizations which share an interest in promoting trade and building relationships between our two countries.
