Calvin Chin was a founding member of the Baltimore-Xiamen Sister City Committee and the patriarch of Baltimore’s Chinese community. He passed away on February 12, 2008.

Please register by Monday, November 3 by e-mailing Fontaine Bell. Reservations received by this date will be at the $25.00 per person rate, registrations received later or unregistered “walk in” guests will be at the $35.00 per person rate (however we cannot guarantee space for unregistered guests). Registration e-mails should include: (1) name (2) phone number (3) e-mail address (4) number of guests (5) guest names (6) total payment amount.

Payment should be made by mailing a check payable to “Director of Finance” to: Fontaine Bell, 3773 Dorsey Search Circle, Ellicott City. MD 21042. Please include a copy of your reservation e-mail with the check. Check or cash payments will also be accepted at the event.
