The Yellow River Delta Forum will be held on August 20th
at the Hilton McLean at Tyson’s Corner. We urge all businesses and
individuals who are interested in exploring the rapid-growing business
opportunities in China – the world’s most populous nation – to
attend this special meeting.
A delegation of 10 members led by Mayor Shi Jun of the Dong
Ying City, the administrative city of the Yellow River Delta Region will
be present at the meeting. There will be an introduction of the Yellow
River Delta, the last river delta in China yet to be developed.
Members of the delegation will detail various projects and
business opportunities available in agriculture, science and technology,
building an expanded port, forestry, oil industry production, etc. The
Dong Ying delegation is interested in meeting businessmen of the Greater
Washington metropolitan area who are interested in the new “American
Technology and Economic Zone” which will be established in the Yellow
River Delta Region. Special
guests from the Chinese Embassy, Commonwealth of Virginia, and
Maryland-China Business Council are invited to participate in this forum.
