On September 25, MCBC President Clay Hickson announced the appointment of two new members of the MCBC Board of Directors, Winston Chan, President of Multimax, Inc., and David Rice, President of Dartrans, Inc.
Mr. Hickson observed that the Board had been reduced in number by the passing of Ambassador John H. Holdridge and by the resignation of Virginia Alinsao because of competing business priorities. The appointments of Chan and Rice now brings the Board up to normal levels. He observed that the Board may make such appointments mid-term according to the by-laws, but that additional members may be sought for the annual elections to be held in January.
